No Pasaran

A short historical documentary. ‘No Pasaran’ is Spanish for ‘They Shall Not Pass’, the rallying call of those who fought the fascist General Franco in the Spanish Civil War. The film asks the question-did the British and French Governments, by banning arms and military support to this fighting Franco, miss the opportunity to stop the rise of fascism and therefore World War 2 in it’s tracks?
